It reminds me of Jesus healing Peter’s mother, who had a fever; Jesus touched her, and she was healed immediately.
Wow, you know this is a fascinating story. It also reminds me of when I was young, I had a high fever, and I needed to sleep in the hospital. Thank God, I am alive to this day.
I have an older sister who died of fever when she was just a baby. And now back to the question.
Jesus is God. Here is the proof: Jesus saith in
John 10:30, “My Father and I are one. “Furthermore, Jesus also saith, ‘before Abraham was, I am. “
Let’s take a look at the Bible.

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Our God can do anything, and nothing is too complicated for God. Amen?
If Jesus is God himself, and the one who created the earth, the heavens, the mountains, the ocean, and everything that exists.
Surely, there is no sickness Jesus cannot heal.
Our God is mighty. If we were to count how many people Jesus has healed, I believe it’s millions.
Why? It is because God raises prophets, and even in 2026, there are still prophets of God. So keep reading; I will talk about this in the end.
First miracle of Jesus
Jesus was probably in his 30s when he performed his first miracle. Do you know what it was?
John 2: 1-11 Jesus turned water into wine.
Jesus and his disciples were invited to the wedding, and the place was called Cana of Galilee.
Wow, when the wine is out of stock, Jesus saith to the servants to fill the six waterpots with water,
And after they fill all the waterspots. Jesus told them to bring it to the governor. I think in that moment the water immediately turned into wine. The wine tastes so good. 😊
Wow, that is surprising, is t it? There is no ordinary man who can do this. Just imagine, if Jesus can turn water into wine, he can do many other miracles.
The Bible also talks about Jesus walking on the water, feeding 5,000 people, and the most fantastic thing is that when he arose from the dead, Jesus was able to enter the door even though it was locked.
Have you heard those stories in the Bible? Jesus can do anything. With him, all things are possible.
Jesus’ powers can heal every type of illness and disease.
Matthew 4:23 KJV
And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Jesus can heal cancer, or even Covid 19, or even mental illness, and Jesus even opens the eyes of the blind.
Most powerful healing: Jesus raised the dead
When Jesus was passing through the city of Nain, his disciples were with him, and the Bible says that many people followed him.
The story begins with Jesus encountering a woman who was crying for her dead son. And do you know what Jesus did? Jesus has compassion on her and tells her not to cry.
How did Jesus raise the dead? Jesus saith, “ Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. “ Luke 7:14And you know what happened?
The Bible says he sat up and began to talk. Wow, this shows that Jesus’ words have power. And this news was spreading like wildfire, and rumors about Jesus raising the dead. I’m sure the widowed mother was pleased to see his son alive again.
Second, Jesus raised the girl back to life. There was a man named Jairus, and he was the ruler of a synagogue, and he had his beloved daughter, who was 12 years old, who had died, so when he saw Jesus, he fell at Jesus feet and begged Jesus to come to his house.
Of course, Jesus went to Jairus’s house and raised his daughter. All Jesus saith was “Maid Arise. “
The Bible says. Luke 8:55
And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
Thirdly, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. I think Jesus and Lazarus are friends, and Jesus is all-knowing, so he knew Lazarus was dead and wanted to raise him.
Jesus and his disciples went to see Lazarus and met Mary and Martha; the Jews were there as well.
Mary was crying, and so was the jew, which made Jesus cry too. After that, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. All he saith was John 11:43 “ Lazarus, come forth. “
Then a miracle happened, Lazarus rose from the dead. This is astonishing, is t it?
Can faith heal the sick?
Yes, of course, faith can heal the sick. You know, there’s the woman with the blood issue. Her illness is incurable.
She is spending so much money on treatment,
And the woman was sick for 12 long years, and healing began.
She saw Jesus and then believed in her heart that, if she touched Jesus garment, she would be healed.
Matthew 9:21 KJV
For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
All she did was touch Jesus garment, and she was healed. And Jesus, looking at her, said, ” Your faith hath made you whole. Matthew 9:22.
And now, to answer the question: yes, Faith can heal you. It seems it doesn’t work for everyone, lol.
The Bible says the prayer of faith shall save the sick. Jame 5:15. However, that requires praying together for the one who is ill.
Nowadays, there are billions of Christians all over the world, even though we open our mouths with faith, praying to get healing, God may not heal the sick.
The apostle Paul was sick with a thorn in the flesh, and he prayed to God 3 times to remove his sickness; however, God did not heal him.
You know all about God’s will to be done, not ours.
God saith to apostle Paul, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”
We all suffer from illness in specific periods of our lives, but let us stay faithful and trust in god, and love Him till our last breath.
Is Jesus still healing the sick today
You know God has been with us from generation to generation, and God does not leave us or forsake us.
Of course, God is still healing the sick even to this day. Our Lord Jesus still works, and he is not a lazy bone.
Before Jesus was taken into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. Jesus was trying to say;
“They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
You know Peter, the disciple of Jesus, did heal the man who begged him for money, for he was disabled and could not work.
Peter, the man who denied Jesus healing people, by his shadow, wow, if you read the Bible, you will know.
Yes, today in 2026, some people are prophets of God and apostles. Search on YouTube, and you will find them.
They have the gift of healing and prophecy, and they cast out demons. God is working in their lives to do miracles and wonders.

Have all the gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?
Yes, it’s true.
Some Christians today do not believe that prophets exist because they don’t know they exist.
But me, wow, I’m so interesting and I been following the Prophet of God for many years now, and there is no going back.
I think I will follow the prophet of the Most High God, till my last breath and till the day I die.
